Relaxation, rehab and strengthening, reducing pain, improving range of movement

As a clinical massage therapist, it’s my job to help you feel better

If you are in pain, exahusted, stressed, or feel like your body hasn’t stretched properly in a while … I am here and able to help!

There are many types of massage therapy or bodywork. I have studied holistic massage, sports massage, and adapting techniques for cancer care (‘gentle touch’). I gained my ACMT (Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist) and BTEC Level 6 qualifications with the amazing Jing team - you can find out more about The Jing Method™ on their website here.

I use a blend of techniques with one aim: to reduce your pain and increase your mobilisation, or range of movement. With hands on clinical massage, this is best achieved over a series of sessions - usually 4-6. Find out more on the Pricing page.

But hands on massage is not the only way. Why not try ‘Get Moving, Get Stronger’? In a series of weekly 20-minute sessions we will devise a programme of 4-6 simple exercises you can do each day to get your body moving more easily, get strength back in your legs or arms - whatever your target is. You can find out more about Get Moving, Get Stronger, and other techniques on the About me page.

And don’t just take my word for it - on the Case Studies page you can read about the different types of clients I have worked with and see what some of them have to say!

Online self care

There are times when we need self care support, but physically getting to a treatment is not possible - so why not have an online session?

Thanks to a brilliant CPD course with the marvellous team at Jing Advanced Massage Training, I can also provide self care techniques online. Using the magic of video calls (zoom, facetime, skype, etc), we work together to find a short routine of self care that you can practice each day (these might be stretches, self massage, relaxation or breathing techniques), and then we review your progress at the next session a week later.

You’ll find costs for online self care and other treatments on the Pricing page.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life, are experiencing pain or stress of any sort, please get in touch and book a consultation. My job is to help you feel better - and I am here to help.
